I had a wonderful time at Chayote Lodge, where the setting was peaceful with amazing views. The rustic feel of the lodges made for a comfortable stay, although the showers could have been a bit warmer. The dining experience was good, with fresh and tasty food options available. Overall, a good choice, especially being so close yet far enough from the city hustle.

Chayote Lodge was a good start to my Costa Rican adventure, perched high above the clouds with stunning views. The unique chalets, made from coffee wood, added a special touch, though I faced some disappointment with the coffee plantation tour being inactive on the Sunday I visited. Overall, the setting and the delicious food made up for any minor hiccups.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chayote Lodge, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Naranjo. The view of the Central Valley was stunning, and the rustic cabins made for a cozy escape. While the food in the restaurant was good, adding a kettle or coffee machine in the cabin would have made our relaxing evenings even better. Overall, it was a great way to end our trip to Costa Rica.

The cabins were large, beautifully decorated in a rustic style, and offered magnificent views over the Central Valley both day and night. I loved the open plan design and floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with natural light.

The lodge had neat facilities like dry cleaning and tour assistance, which made planning our activities easy. However, I found myself wishing for a kettle in the cabin to enjoy warm drinks while relaxing.

I had a good stay at Chayote Lodge, nestled among coffee plantations with amazing views of the valley and even Poas Volcano in the distance. My lodge was unique and cozy, designed with coffee wood accents, which truly reflected the local vibe. However, I found the food options a bit lacking and pricey for the quality, which was a letdown. Overall, it was a peaceful retreat close to San Jose, ideal for a short stop or longer stay.
